As a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in safety and 25 years in information technology, I have dedicated my career to enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring a secure working environment within the construction industry. In my role as Vice President and COO, I leverage my dual expertise to integrate advanced IT solutions with safety management systems. As a safety consultant in construction, my main goal is to reduce risks and promote safety at job sites. I assess hazards to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Regular training sessions are crucial for all workers. I create programs covering personal protective equipment (PPE), machinery use, fall protection, and emergency response, helping workers feel secure in their safety knowledge.

I also analyze past incidents to identify trends and prevent future issues. A reporting system allows workers to report unsafe conditions without fear. Additionally, I work with project managers to include safety planning in all stages of construction, conducting site inspections and safety meetings, and ensuring safety equipment is available and maintained.
